Workshop in Vigo, Spain, organised by the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), The Global Salmon Initiative (GSI) and the Sustainable Trade Initiative. David Little is participating from SARG.

The meeting brought together a good deal of energy and some fresh ideas about approaches to improving the standing of aquaculture in society. After some introductory presentations by Doris Soto *(FAO), Avrim Lazar (GSI) and Bertrand Charron (Seafood Intelligence), I shareda platform with Ted van der Put (IDH), Chris Ninnes (ASC), Jeremy Dunn, BC Salmon Farmers Association and Emiko Terazona, (Financial Times).
