MSc project on Open Educational Materials for aquaculture & fisheries
MSc student Alexandra Pounds is working with the group to carry out a study on the current use and future potential for Open Educational Resources to enhance knowledge and skills for the aquaculture industry worldwide. This links directly with our involvement in the EU EURASTIP project, and builds on work carried out in the AQUA-TNET project (European thematic network for lifelong learning in aquaculture and aquatic resources management). Preliminary results will be presented at a EURASTIP workshop in Kuala Lumpur in July 2017 and should be published in full later in the year.
