Richard Newton (LCA Specialist) and Wesley Malcorps (CEO of Blue Food Performance) participated in the Alltech Aqua Norway Lunch & Learn Event held in Bergen on 14th January 2026.

The meeting was organised for aquaculture professionals to discuss some of the most pressing challenges concerning aquafeeds for Norwegian aquaculture. There was a particular focus on feed ingredients and feed development with sustainability, nutrition and technology being key themes.

Both Richard and Wesley gave presentation on their work with sustainability assessments and the use of metrics to improve efficiency and sustainability across the aquaculture industry.
